The former Indian skipper MS Dhoni is one of the most loved cricketers of the country and any news related to him is bound to go viral. Currently, there is news as per which the two former business partners of MS Dhoni have filed a defamation case against the CSK skipper.
Mihir Diwakar and his wife Soumya Das have approached the Delhi High Court for permanent injunction and damages against MS Dhoni and asked the court to restrain the social media platforms and media houses from publishing and circulating defamatory and malicious statements against them.
If you remember some time back, MS Dhoni filed a case against these two as they are directors of Aarka Sports, a sports management company, citing they haven’t honoured the contract which was signed between MS Dhoni and these directors in 2017.
The lawyers of MS Dhoni also accused these two of cheating Mahi of Rs. 15 crore and filed the case in the lower court in Ranchi. The hearing related to the defamation case is said to take place today before Justice Prathiba M Singh.
