Satish Kaushik, a prominent Bollywood actor, film maker, and director, has died. This heartbreaking news broke on Wednesday morning. He had travelled to Delhi to celebrate Holi, when he died as a result of a heart attack. Satish Kaushik’s death is currently being investigated by Delhi’s South West Police.
Satish Kaushik became unwell just after 11 p.m. after playing Holi at Bijwasan’s farm residence. What he did during the day when he arrived to this form house is unknown at this time because the police were not notified. The Fortis Hospital in Gurugram is nearby.
Satish Kaushik’s companions were brought to Fortis Hospital. Before being brought to the hospital, no information was given to the police. Satish Kaushik died before he could enter Fortis.
Because he had left Delhi, the hospital alerted the authorities, and the Delhi Police determined that his post-mortem would be performed by the Medical Board at Deen Dayal Hospital, Harinagar, Delhi. Yet, according to police sources, nothing unusual was discovered during the first probe.
Nothing can be revealed at this moment because the time of death, what was eaten and drank, and the cause of death will not be known until after the post-mortem examination. The police are in contact with persons who drove Satish Kaushik to the hospital. The police inquiry is still ongoing.
According to Delhi Police sources, no suspicious activity or foul play has been discovered in the death of Satish Kaushik. The police have ruled out any suspicious circumstances. Early postmortem research has found that death was caused by a heart attack; viscera has been preserved, which will allow additional inquiry into what was eaten or drink. Satish Kaushik’s body was brought to the airport after the post-mortem, where it would be flown to Mumbai.
