Disha Patani is poised to make her mark in Hollywood with Holiguards, a supernatural action-thriller helmed by Oscar-winner Kevin Spacey, who returns to directing after a two-decade hiatus. This highly anticipated film, shot in Mexico, boasts an impressive international ensemble cast including Dolph Lundgren, Tyrese Gibson, and Brianna Hildebrand.
Holiguards is envisioned as the inaugural installment in a larger franchise titled Statiguards vs Holiguards, and it’s already creating considerable excitement with its promise of thrilling supernatural action during its post-production phase.
A recent behind-the-scenes photograph of Disha, circulating widely online, has further intensified fan anticipation. The cast was most recently observed filming in Durango, Mexico, a significant career milestone for Disha as she ventures into the global arena with this debut Hollywood project.
An industry insider commented, “Disha was in Durango, Mexico as early as January this year, to shoot for the pilot of the show alongside Tyrese Gibson and Harry Goodwins, and the footage from those scenes looks absolutely stunning. The parts she’s in are visually spectacular, fans are truly in for a treat.” It’s worth noting that this isn’t Disha Patani’s first international cinematic endeavor, as she previously shared the screen with Jackie Chan in Kung Fu Yoga.
Beyond her Hollywood venture, Disha is also actively preparing for Welcome to the Jungle, the third installment in the popular Welcome film series, which is slated for a 2025 release.
