“EaseMyTrip: To Expand Plans for ₹100 Cr Investment in 5-Star Hotel in Ayodhya”

EaseMyTrip is a travel company in Delhi it will be stepping into the hospitality industry with a plan to invest around ₹100 crore in building a luxurious 5-star hotel in Ayodhya, close to the newly inaugurated Shree Ram Mandir. This move comes as a joint project with Jeewani Group, a company involved in various sectors like coal trading, manufacturing, and animal husbandry, now venturing into hospitality.

The new partnership, called Jeewani Hospitality Private Limited, will take charge of the hotel project. EaseMyTrip has agreed to put in half of the money needed. The hotel will be very close to the important temple, less than a kilometer away. They want guests to have a mix of spiritual and luxurious experiences there.

Nishant Pitti, CEO & Co-Founder of EaseMyTrip, expressed his excitement about the joint venture, highlighting Ayodhya’s growing popularity as a pilgrimage destination, particularly after the inauguration of the Ram Temple.

Dhruv Jeewani, who is the Director of Jeewani Hospitality, wants to make an amazing hotel near the Shree Ram Mandir. They’re teaming up with EaseMyTrip, which knows a lot about travel, to make this happen. Together, they want to make a really fancy hotel in Ayodhya, setting new standards for luxury.

When EaseMyTrip announced this plan, their shares went up at first but then it went down along with the rest of the market. Still, this is a big move for the company as they enter the hotel industry, hoping to benefit from the increasing number of people visiting Ayodhya for religious reasons.
