Elon Musk, the owner of brain-chip implant company, Neuralink, changed its location of incorporation from Delaware to Nevada, according to the business portals of both states.

Legal experts warned moving Tesla’s place of incorporation might lead to investor litigation, especially if it was regarded as a maneuver to ensure his compensation package.

Musk announced last week that Neuralink has implanted its first brain chip in a patient who was recovering well.
