Elvish Yadav Breaks Silence: Sets the Record Straight on Maxtern Video

Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav has clarified his actions following the global success of a video in which he defeated YouTuber Sagar Thakur, also known as Maxtern. He posted a video on his X account where he can be seen going over everything in detail. Elvish is rumoured to have been arrested after reportedly hitting the YouTuber at a mall.

According to Elvish, the event was “pre-planned” because Sagar Thakur, the complainant, had concealed cameras and microphones at the meeting location. Elvish begins the film by urging viewers to see it through to the very end and stressing the value of hearing the “other side of the story.” He said that for the previous eight months, Thakur had been tormenting him by posting disparaging remarks about him. He further said that after intense confrontations, Thakur threatened to burn my family and myself alive.

In reference to the widely shared footage, Elvish can be seen approaching Thakur while escorted by his assistants. Elvish kicks and slaps Sagar at first, then starts a vicious beating. The video was posted one day after Maxtern claimed that Elvish Yadav had threatened to murder him on his official X (previously known as Twitter) account. “Jaan se maarne ki dhamki de gaye hain, Bhaisaab. Main toh akela tha. Saath mein bahut saare bande laaye the, Elvish bhai. This is the primary complete video that you may watch in full. How come? recording bhi hamare pass bhi hai. Toh yahan (lip) par chot aaye hai main toh theek hu. He asserted, “Yeh bhi 8 logo se ladne ke baad aaye hai.”

In an additional FIR, Thakur accused Yadav of “trying to break my spine so that I will become physically disabled.” Elvish Yadav asked me to a meeting, but I assumed it was just a verbal conversation. He said, “When he got to the store, he and his eight or ten inebriated thugs started assaulting me and using harsh words (sic).

This, however, occurs months after the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner’s name surfaced at a rave party where venom and snakes were purportedly discovered, leading to the filing of a FIR against him. Maneka Gandhi, a politician and animal rights activist, charged that the YouTuber was providing snake venom to rave events in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. On November 7, 2023, Elvish was also questioned about the case. He then made a video statement, though, in which he asserted that there was no evidence to support any of the allegations made against him.
