The complaint was lodged at Khar Police Station in Mumbai, where Hindustani Bhau urged authorities to take strict legal action against Farah. The sections of the Indian Penal Code under which she has been accused include 196, 299, 302, and 353. His legal representative emphasized that such statements show disrespect toward religious sentiments and have the potential to create communal tension.
