Toyota unveiled the new version of their extremely popular SUV Land Cruiser internationally last year. There were several reports that suggested that Toyota will be bringing this SUV to India, and sure they did. The current generation Land Cruiser SUV was showcased at the Auto Expo in India this year.

Last year, Toyota revealed a new version of its wildly successful SUV Land Cruiser on a global scale. The newest generation Land Cruiser SUV was unveiled at the Auto Expo in India this year, and the pricing were also officially published. Bookings for this premier SUV have already begun in India, and deliveries have already begun.

The SUV was presented to a client from Kolhapur, Maharashtra, as the inaugural delivery of India’s most expensive Toyota. The next generation Toyota Land Cruiser SUV was formally unveiled at the Auto Expo this year, but reservations had already begun.

Madhuban Toyota, an authorised Toyota dealer in Maharashtra, released photos of a client receiving his brand new Land Cruiser LC 300. Pratik Jadhav, the buyer who purchased the SUV, arrived with his family to accept delivery.

The shop made special accommodations for the buyer because this is the first Land Cruiser LC 300 SUV in India. The SUV is available in five different colours. Colors include Precious White Pearl, Super White, Dark Red Mica Metallic, Attitude Black, and Dark Blue Mica. The buyer received his SUV in the Precious White Pearl colour. We’re not shocked, given that white is the most favoured colour among Indian automobile purchasers.

Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 is the manufacturer’s flagship SUV, and it has a number of luxury amenities. The SUV has features such as all-LED headlights, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, leather interior, a 14-speaker JBL music system, and more. We already know that the Land Cruiser is a good off-roader, and we’ve seen countless footage of it online. Toyota Land Cruiser is built on the GA-F platform, which is built on the TNGA.

The Land Cruiser, like previous generations, includes 44 as a standard feature. The SUV’s weight distribution has been enhanced, and the suspension technology is also new.

However, only the diesel variant is available in India. The SUV’s petrol engine is a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged unit that produces 415 PS and 650 Nm of peak torque. The diesel SUV is powered by a 3.3-liter V6 turbo diesel engine.

Toyota provides a basic warranty of three years or one lakh kilometres (whichever comes first). The new model is over 200 kg lighter than the previous variant. The current third-generation Swift is the third best-selling vehicle in the country’s major manufacturer Maruti Suzuki India Limited’s whole portfolio of vehicles. Although it has been available for some time, it is now beginning to show its age.

As a result, it is set for a big generation shift, and numerous test mules have been sighted testing in overseas markets in recent months.

Based on these test mules, a few renderings of the next fourth-generation Swift have been developed, and some of these generated photos have also appeared online. The front of the new automobile appears to be much more aggressive than the present outgoing model. Instead of the hexagonal grille with a chrome divider in the middle seen on the current model, the next model will have a wider octagonal grille with a honeycomb design and a tiny Suzuki emblem.

The hatchback will also get a completely new hood as well as freshly styled headlights. It will also have boomerang-shaped fog light housing and a little black lower part in the centre of the bumper. On the sides, the Swift’s iconic shape will be kept, but it will have much sharper lines than prior models. The car will also most likely receive new and larger alloy wheels, and its top half may be available in gloss black.

The next Swift will also get a redesigned back bumper with new LED taillamps. The car’s total weight will be roughly 930 kilogrammes. So yet, little has been known about the inside, although we may anticipate a redesign of the dashboard and its arrangement. It will very certainly have all of the creature conveniences included in the outgoing Baleno hatchback.

Meanwhile, one of the most significant innovations that might debut on the new Swift is the availability of ADAS (advanced driver assistance system). In India, the car will be available in a five-door configuration, but it will also be available in a three-door configuration for other markets. In terms of drivetrain, Maruti Suzuki is rumoured to be working on a robust hybrid engine for the next-generation Swift hatchback, with a target economy of 35-40 Kmpl.

According to reports, the next hatchback will be powered by a totally new 1.2-liter petrol engine (codenamed Z12E), which, unlike the current K12C engine, will be a three-cylinder unit rather than a four-cylinder one. It will be paired with a variant of Toyota’s powerful hybrid technology, as seen before in the Grand Vitara and Urban Cruiser Hyryder, both of which are now being extensively localised in India for a more reasonable price.
