Haryana’s Faridabad to Jewar Airport Expressway Gears Up for Timely Launch

Congress MLA Neeraj Sharma posed a question without a star, to which Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala responded with written information. June 20, 2025, is the deadline for the completion of the Greenfield motorway, which is now under construction and will connect Faridabad to the Jewar International Airport in Uttar Pradesh.

In response to a question posed without staring on Tuesday by Congress MLA Neeraj Sharma, Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala made this statement in writing. According to the response, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) began building the motorway on June 22, 2023. In response, the deputy chief minister stated, “The NHAI has advised that entry/exit to Kundli Ghaziabad Palwal (KGP) motorway already exists on the Maujpur Chhainsa-Mohana Road and Mohana village is 6.5 km from the entry/exit.”

The development of an interchange to link the Jewar highway and KGP is underway in Mohana village. “To improve public transport from districts of both states, entry/exit ramps are being created on Mohana-Baghpur-Falaida Road along the boundary between Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. According to the chief minister’s declaration, the state government would discuss the plan to build an entry/exit junction on the KGP near Mohana of the Faridabad-Jewar Airport greenfield motorway with NHAI because the KGP building work is connected to NHAI.
