Some time back, Hina Khan wrote about cutting her hair and her first chemotherapy session and she also informed her fans about getting back to work for the first time after being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.
Recently, she made a post through which she has informed that she is always smiling despite being in pain. She posted, “Being constantly in pain. Yes, constantly. Every single second. The person is smiling? Still in pain. The person doesn’t mention it? Still in pain. The person says “I’m fine”. Still in pain.”
