The story unfolds aboard a glamorous cruise ship where a wealthy tycoon is celebrating his 100th birthday. However, things take a wild turn when he suddenly passes away. In his will, he names Jolly, his son from a previous marriage, as the sole heir.

Things spiral out of control when three men—Julius (Akshay Kumar), Jalbhushan (Abhishek Bachchan), and Jalabuddin (Riteish Deshmukh)—all claim to be Jolly. The tycoon’s son from his second wife, Dev, demands a DNA test to confirm the truth.
