Sunny Leone aka Karenjit Kaur is one of the most popular actresses of the present times but there was a time when she used to work in adult movies for which she had to change her name and there is an interesting story behind it.
In an interview, Sunny revealed that she used to work as a receptionist cum HR executive in a tax and retirement firm and she was giving an interview to a magazine from her office. The magazine asked what name she would like to have, Sunny who was already in a hurry as there was a chance of getting caught told the magazine that they can choose any last name for her and she will keep her first name as Sunny.
This made Sunny’s mother very angry because Sunny is the nickname of her brother, Sandeep Singh. Sunny stated that her mother said, “Out of all the names, that’s the one you pick?” and in response, Sunny said, “I was like, yeah, it’s just what came to my mind… And then the magazine picked the last name and I just kept it.”
