How to Stay Healthy & Fit in Summer: 5 Effective Tips

Summertime brings with it warmth, travel, and carefree fun. But summer also comes with rising temperatures and scorching heat. This summer, you can stay cool, fit, and healthy with a few simple lifestyle adjustments.

Stay hydrated

Since water is essential, its value increases in the summer. Salt from perspiration dehydrates. There may be headaches, fatigue, lightheadedness, and cognitive impairment.
