“I Have Seen Your Tears,” Md. Siraj Writes An Emotional Message For RCB Fans

The IPL 2025 auction in Jeddah brought surprising news for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) fans as the franchise chose not to retain or bid for Mohammed Siraj. Despite having a substantial purse and the option to use the Right to Match (RTM) card, RCB decided to part ways with the Indian pacer, leaving fans disappointed.

Mohammed Siraj, who joined RCB in 2018, became a crucial part of their bowling attack over the years. Known for his consistency and determination, Siraj’s performances endeared him to RCB supporters, making the decision to release him even harder for fans to digest.

Acknowledging the outpouring of emotions from fans, Siraj took to social media on Tuesday to share a heartfelt message.

Mohammad Siraj wrote, “Thank you, RCB fans, for all the love and support you’ve shown me over the years. Playing for RCB has been one of the most cherished chapters of my life, and I will always remember it fondly. Your chants and cheers will stay with me forever.”

Here is the complete post:

Siraj was snapped up by the Gujarat Titans (GT) for an impressive ₹12.25 crore, highlighting his growing stature as one of India’s premier fast bowlers. GT, opting to look beyond veteran Mohammed Shami, sees Siraj as the leader of their pace attack.

Though Siraj has moved on to new colors, his legacy at RCB remains, and fans will undoubtedly remember his contributions with pride.
