India’s Tech Talents: A Win-Win for the World’s Growing Demand for Programmers

With a population of 1.4 billion, India is the second most populous country and one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. The last decade has witnessed tremendous growth in education and technology, and our education system is being appreciated and acknowledged worldwide. In fact, the tech industry makes a significant contribution to the country’s GDP.

Indian students are usually predisposed towards Maths and Science from an early stage. Computer science is the most in-demand subject for those pursuing higher studies in India. This is evident from the merit list of all good institutions as Computer Science tops the list in all colleges. It is the most sought-after course because of the great demand for programmers and developers in the market.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the United States is expected to have a huge shortage of computer professionals by 2026 and will need approximately 213,000 computer scientists. Interestingly, there will be 5.5 million computer science graduates in India by the end of next year.

Computer science graduates have more chances of finding employment in the United States, benefiting both countries at the same time. As per the Gild community, an online platform where software engineers find good employment opportunities, Indian software professionals are far more proficient in Science and Maths than their American counterparts.

India is one of the most prominent countries in the world when it comes to programming. It was an Indian, Rushabh Mehta, who coined the word “Python.” He worked as a deep learning expert, a data scientist, and a machine learning expert. Umasankar Mukkara is yet another well-known name in the Tech industry, serving as Chaos Native’s Chief Executive Officer. Another Indian, Nikitha Raghunath, is actively working in Cloud Computing solutions.

Harsha Suryanarayana was the first Indian to crack the Google Code Jam competition. Srivatsan Srinivasan is another data scientist involved in cloud computing and artificial intelligence.

The most popular phrase searched on the internet today is “Hire Indian developer.” India is considered to be the best destination to study computers. Let’s understand why?

Here are some reasons why Indian developers are highly sought-after worldwide:

  1. Technical Knowledge: Indian developers have sound technical knowledge and are proficient in making amazing websites, IOS, and Android Apps, making them the obvious choice for recruiters worldwide.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Most Indian developers are good at Maths and thus have a solid foundation for logical thinking and problem-solving. This makes them ideal programmer and coders.
  •  Reliability: Indian developers are known to deliver quality work within time constraints, making them a safe bet. They fulfill the commitments made by them at all costs.
  •  Communication: Indian developers are fluent in English, making discussions about ongoing projects smooth and hassle-free. All Indian coders believe in giving regular updates during the development process.
  • Scalability: Indian remote companies offer scalability features that are very useful. It is possible to make modifications or add any new features during the development process.

Western countries have a great demand for efficient programmers and are hiring Indian developers who are adept, abundant, and affordable too. This is a win-win situation for all, so why not make the most of it?
