Citing “latest developments,” IndiGo and Air India canceled flights to and from several domestic locations near the border on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

IndiGo has canceled flights to and from Jammu, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Leh, Srinagar, and Rajkot. Air India has canceled flights to and from Jammu, Leh, Jodhpur, Amritsar, Bhuj, Jamnagar, Chandigarh, and Rajkot.

Additionally, the airlines stated that their teams are closely monitoring the situation.

Following their temporary closure due to the military war between India and Pakistan, these airports reopened for civilian flights on Monday.

According to sources, an IndiGo flight headed for Amritsar returned to the capital on Monday night after Amritsar implemented precautionary blackout measures.

According to data from flight tracking website Flightradar24.com, flight 6E2045 from Delhi to Amritsar returned to the nation’s capital after being airborne for a while.
