The social media platforms have provided us with ample opportunities as it gives us the chance to not only communicate and express ourselves but also earn big. In fact, there are many people who go by the tag of influencers and earn pretty well by posting videos on various topics.
However, in a bid to get more likes, comments and for making their posts viral, there are times when such influencers make posts which are racist, sexist and insulting towards a community.
Recently, an X user Ruchi Kokcha shared a video of an influencer Priyanka Tyagi and slammed her for telling girls how to trap a random man and make him pay your bills. In the video, Priyanka gave a tutorial on how to attract a man in a club and then make him pay your bills and then avoid him because such guys are useless.
Ruchi posted Priyanka’s video with the caption, “This is Priyanka Tyagi, a social media influencer with 1M followers on Insta. She is giving a tutorial on how to trick a guy into falling for you just to pay your bills. The reel has 4.3 million views. Imagine the outrage If a guy talks about doing this kind of a thing. Our law has so many provisions for women who can slap numerous cases on a man who tries to do such a thing but none for such women who dupe men off their money by giving them false relationship hopes. Time for equal laws? #Equality”
