Rajinder Gupta was recently named Chairman of the Board of Governors for Punjab Engineering College. He is a member of the FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) Advisory Council for Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Himachal Pradesh. He also serves as a trade, industry, and commerce official on the Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion Board of Governors. He became head of the Punjab Cricket Association in September 2017 and held that post until February 2023.
Rajinder Gupta has made his company a world leader in making textiles, paper, and chemicals by setting up branches in Punjab and Madhya Pradesh.
