India is currently leading by 2-1 in the 5-match test series against England but the latter will certainly try its best to make a comeback in the fourth test match as a win in this test match will keep England’s chances of winning the series alive.
The fourth test match will be played at Ranchi and the English skipper Ben Stokes is quite confused in regard to the pitch as he hasn’t seen something like this before. When he was asked about the pitch, Ben Stokes said, “It looked interesting, didn’t it? I don’t know. I can’t say much. I don’t know, I’ve never seen something like that before so I have got no idea.”
When the England skipper was asked to tell his opinion as to how the Ranchi pitch can play, he said, “I don’t know what could happen.”
Ben Stokes further said, “If you looked down one side of opposite ends it just looked different to what I am used to seeing, especially out in India. It looked green and grassy up in the changing-rooms, but then you go out there, it looked different. Very dark and crumbly and quite a few cracks in it.”
