Anderson has unequivocally dismissed any notion that the modern “Big Four” — Virat Kohli, Joe Root, Steve Smith, and Kane Williamson — surpass Tendulkar’s prowess.

Throughout his remarkable 21-year career, Anderson relished his battles against both Sachin Tendulkar and the contemporary “Big Four.” However, when pressed to name the absolute best among them, Anderson’s answer was swift and resolute: Tendulkar, every single time.
