Janhvi Kapoor Shares Her Six-Hour Workout Routine
Janhvi Kapoor has been sharing details about her rigorous training regimen for the movie as the excitement surrounding the newly released trailer continues to build. She talked about the intense strength training and fitness regimen she had to follow in order to play the part.
“I wasn’t very bright while shooting for this film,” admitted Janhvi Kapoor. As I began getting ready for this movie, I was doing promotion for “Good Luck Jerry.” I was probably aiming for “Mili” because I weighed eight or nine kilogrammes more. Sharan informed me that I didn’t appear like a cricket player and that she was very anxious. He advised me to start practicing for cricket and lose weight if I was serious about doing this movie.
Janhvi Kapoor Shares Her Exercise Schedule for the Day
Janhvi stated, “My daily routine was very intense,” during the news conference. When I reached the pinnacle of my training, my coach Abhishek Nair told me that the training I was receiving was on par with that of their IPL players (sic). Janhvi Kapoor said her five- to six-hour-long daily workout regimen as extremely rigorous. Strength training, conditioning drills, cardio exercises, and intense net sessions with the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) cricket squad were all part of her routine.
He had hired guys from KKR, and I used to get up in the morning to practise in the nets with them. There, we would practise for two hours. After that, I would travel to Bandra for an hour or so of strength, conditioning, and cardio. Following that, I would go to gatherings. If there was a shoot, I would go for it, and then, once it was over, I would practise at a Bandra ground for an additional two hours. Yes, each day involved roughly five to six hours of physical exercise. I was filming for other projects at the same time as maintaining a very low-carb diet, Janhvi Kapoor stated.
The Devara actress went on, “I kept losing weight, and my other directors and producers were getting very upset about it.” When I went to one of the “Bawaal” set’s schedules, I recall Nitesh sir remarking, “You’ve become so thin.” During the two days I spent filming “Devara,” everyone noticed that I was worn out and that my radiance had diminished. All of this occurred during the movie, and it seemed to continue for a while. However, I’m beginning to feel more like myself right now, albeit each of these issues will undoubtedly require a longer process from me.
Mr. and Mrs. Mahi represent the director’s second partnership; he previously directed the aerial action biopic “Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl.” Dharma Productions, led by Karan Johar, is supporting the next film starring Janhvi and Rajkummar. The movie is scheduled to open on May 31, 2024.
