Taking to Instagram recently to show off her newest promotional attire, Kangana Ranaut has been busy promoting her upcoming film, Emergency. By wearing a floral sari with a checkered top and a unique combination of patterns, the actress drew attention by channelling nostalgic emotions.
Kangana captioned the images on her Instagram account, saying, “Emergency on September 6th (Indian flag).” She is seen in the pictures sporting a checkered blouse and a white sari with a pink and green floral print on it.
The sari is embroidered with rose designs in pink and green on an ivory background, with checkered borders. Kangana chose a classic draping design, with the pallu resting beautifully on her shoulder.
Her selection of a blouse, a checkered red and white item, created a striking contrast. Her silhouette was well enhanced by the shirt, which had a collared neckline, faux breast pockets, front button closures, a cropped gathered hem, and quarter-length sleeves with folded cuffs.
Kangana added pearl-embellished gold earrings and bold gold rings to finish off her retro-inspired ensemble. She chose a natural look with blush pink eye shadow, rouge-tinted cheeks, mascara-coated lashes, pink lips, feathery brows, and a dewy finish, keeping her makeup subtle. The finishing touch to her refined look was a coiffed bun with a side parting.
