The search for the new James Bond has been started by the makers as Daniel Craig has announced his exit from the franchise after acting as special agent 007 James Bond in five movies.
The first movie in which Daniel Craig acted as James Bond was Casion Royale (2006), second was Quantum of Solace (2008), third was Skyfall (2012), fourth was Spectre (2015) and the fifth and the final was No Time to Die (2021).
After Daniel Craig’s exit, there have been speculations over the name of the actor who will get to play the next James Bond and currently the names that are being speculated to play James Bond are Idris Elba, Tom Hardy, Luke Evans, Rege-Jean Page, Theo James, Henry Golding and Richard Madden.
However, there are some reports which suggest that the makers have finalized Aaron Taylor-Johnson for playing the character of James Bond and the former James Bond actor, George Lazenby has supported his casting by saying that 33-yr old Taylor-Johnson would be able to “handle the stunts and all the ladies who love a man in a tux”.
84 years old George Lazenby has advised Taylor-Johnson, “to be true to himself and reinvent the role to fit him” in order to do justice to the character.
As of now, there has been no announcement by the makers in this regard so nothing can be said with confirmation about Taylor-Johnson being the next James Bond. Who do you want to see as the next James Bond?
