Having a cup of coffee at a reputed coffee house has its own benefits, you get to sit in a lovely ambience, use the wi-fi or read a book in a comfy environment or spend some quality time with your friends or family.
Starbucks is a famous and the largest coffeehouse chain which caters to a huge number of customers on a daily basis and it is quite obvious that you need to pay heavily for enjoying their products and services.
However, a Twitter user named Sandeep Mall found out a way to get his coffee at half the price at which Starbucks was offering and amazingly, he did all this while sitting in Starbucks coffeehouse in Sector 12, Faridabad.
Sandeep tweeted, “Sitting at Starbucks – coffee for 400. Zomato deal for same coffee 190. Ordered Zomato with address of Starbucks. The Zomato guy picks up and gives me to my table at Starbuck. ये वाला business अपनी अक्ल से completely out of course है।”
The user also shared the screenshot as per which he ordered “Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew” priced at Rs. 190 at Zomato and after taxes, he paid Rs. 199 for it but for the same thing, he was being charged Rs. 400 at the coffeehouse.
Twitterati reacted soon and while the majority praised him, some shared their experiences too but there were also few who slammed the user as they stated that while sitting over there, the customer also pays for the fancy décor, ambience, etc.
