Yet, a 23-year-old man earns $34,913 (28.69 lakh) through ChatGPT. Lance Junck is making a fortune from his recently launched online course on the education portal Udemy.
He has enrolled over 15,000 students in his course titled ‘ChatGPT Masterclass: A Comprehensive ChatGPT Tutorial for Beginners’ in just three months.
Junck, from Austin (Texas), utilised ChatGPT last November and claimed to have been blown away by its capabilities. He intended to make this chatbot available to everyone, claiming that ChatGPT had a “amazing learning curve.” People are terrified of this AI chatbot, according to the 23-year-old, so he wanted to make it friendly, lively, and accessible.
Junck, who describes himself as self-taught, claims to spend hours every day asking ChatGPT to perform things like write an opening to a novel or product descriptions. He also claims to be an avid online consumer of ChatGPT material.
The seven-hour course enables students to develop their first ChatGPT prompt before continuing to building apps for corporations, students, and programmers. The guide also includes instructions on how to make art with the AI picture generator DALL E-2, among other things.
According to Junck, the pupils range in age from 20 to 50 years old and include college students as well as working professionals. Although the majority of students are from the United States, students from Canada, India, and Japan have also expressed interest in this course.
According to Junck, the high demand for his course is due to his experience in marketing and search engine optimisation (SEO). He claims his course is the first of 1,266 results when searching for ChatGPT on Udemy.
According to the study, Junck has also instructed companies such as ClearDesk on how to integrate ChatGPT into their marketing, HR, and operations departments. He has also had the opportunity to lecture for firms such as Sage Executive Group and the tech news site HPCwire.
