High temperatures in many sections of the country force everyone to take a bottle of water with them wherever they go. Meanwhile, an auto-driver in Mumbai’s effort to assist passengers fight the heat and enjoy the journey has gone viral on social media. The driver updated the three-wheeler with complimentary bottles of bottled water, making even the shortest journey spectacular.
Nandini Iyer (@123 nandini) of Twitter uploaded a snapshot of an automobile with little bottles of bottled water and snacks mounted below the driver’s seat. The inscription on the water holder said that the water was free of charge.
This tweet quickly received over 2,000 likes. Iyer added in another tweet that she took this unusual vehicle in Mumbai’s Chembur Naka neighbourhood.

A similar image of a Bengaluru vehicle went popular on social media in November of last year. Rajesh, a Bengaluru-based auto driver, designed an efficient storage system inside his vehicle that included refreshments, first aid, copies of the Hanuman Chalisa, and a sanitizer bottle, among other items for his passengers’ usage.
