Sidhu Moose Wala’s parents have accused the Punjab government of protecting his killers and delaying the investigation. But they have declared a steadfast commitment to pursuing justice for an indefinite period of time.
According to a statement made by an AAP spokesperson, efforts are currently underway to bring the perpetrators of the Moose Wala murder case to justice. The spokesperson said majority of the accused have either been arrested or killed in encounters.
Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, more commonly known by his stage name Sidhu Moose Wala, was born on 11 June 1993. He was fatally shot on May 29, 2022, by hitmen affiliated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

On May 29, 2022, Sidhu Moose Wala, the stage name of Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, was reportedly shot and killed by hitmen allegedly affiliated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
With tears in his eyes, Balkaur Singh Sidhu cut a cake in front of a photograph of his slain son and expressed his frustration, stating that the committees established to investigate his son’s murder have yet to produce any results. The recent release of the National Investigation Agency’s report has shed light on a concerning issue: the Punjab government’s apparent prioritization of protecting Lawrence Bishnoi over pursuing justice. The individual declared a steadfast commitment to pursuing justice for an indefinite period of time, stating, “We will continue our fight for justice till the end of our life.”
According to his statement, he had sought a meeting with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, but was left disappointed after waiting outside the latter’s office for an entire day. A heart patient was made to wait outside the office for the entire day, according to their account. It has been reported that the Chief Minister declined to meet with us, and we only became aware of this after his helicopter had departed.
Charan Kaur, the mother of Moose Wala, reminisced about her son, stating that she never imagined that he would become an inspiration for an entire generation. The speaker expressed unwavering pride in the individual in question.
In memory of the late singer, fans flocked to Moosa village in large numbers, bringing cakes, flowers, and cards. Additionally, a blood donation camp was organized at the same location. Stefflon Don, the renowned British rapper who had previously collaborated with Moose Wala, made her way to Moosa village to commemorate the late singer’s birthday alongside his parents. In a cake-cutting ceremony, she was seen joining the singer’s parents.
Sidhu was an exceptional individual. Together, three songs were produced and multiple stage performances were shared. The individual expressed great admiration for the father and mother of the subject in question. Sidhu’s soul may rest in peace. According to Don, Sidhu will live forever.
According to Malvinder Kang, the spokesperson for AAP in Punjab, the state government has been making all possible efforts to ensure justice since the tragic murder of Sidhu Moose Wala. The majority of the primary suspects have either been apprehended or eliminated in police encounters. The ongoing process to extradite the accused who is currently in hiding abroad is underway. Authorities are currently conducting an investigation into the potential involvement of additional individuals. In a statement made earlier today, it was declared that all individuals implicated in the heinous crime will soon be apprehended and brought to justice.
In response to Moose Wala’s father’s allegations that the Chief Minister did not meet with him, Kang stated that the Chief Minister had a pre-arranged schedule for a cabinet meeting in Mansa and that Moose Wala’s father had arrived without an appointment. According to sources, a cabinet minister recently held a meeting with him and provided assurance that the government is fully committed to ensuring justice is served.
