Another incident involved the 31-year-old guy, who was believed to be dead and sought in connection with a murder case, being apprehended by Mumbai Police from the nearby Palghar district’s Nalasopara region.
The police tracked down the offender, Deepak Narayan Bhise, after obtaining his wife’s cell phone number.
According to the official, he moved about a lot until settling down in Nalasopara, where he has been renting an apartment with his family for the past two years. He had previously taken on tree-trimming jobs. Bhise was charged with the murder of Raju Chikna in 1989 as well as attempting to kill Dharmendra Saroj.
