Muslim Man Rants About Not Getting Home In Pune Due To Religion, Netizens React

Finding a house in big cities is not an easy task, there are many factors which play an important role in a person getting a house, for example, a person’s marital status, eating habits, size of the family and sometimes religion too.

Recently an online user took to X (formerly Twitter) and expressed his frustration over not getting a house in Pune because of his religion. The name of the person is Rizwan and he is a Muslim by religion. He posted,  “Seriously gave up on the dream of finding something called home in Pune! Explored all Pune, most gated societies don’t do cross religion lease agreements. People telling me even if I get one they will throw me out in a few months.”

He further posted, “I made a conscious decision that I won’t leave this country. Startup culture here has just started here. But every once a while this stupid s*** happens and I don’t blame anyone who left India getting sick of this.”

What is your opinion on this matter? Do let us know if you or someone close to you has also faced such a situation.
