The Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty started trending on social media networks yesterday because she attended India Today Conclave where she talked about Sushant Singh Rajput and whatever she had to go through after his s*icide.
Sushant Singh Rajput committed s*icide by hanging himself in his Bandra apartment in June 2020. Rhea was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau as she was alleged to be in touch with drug peddlers and it was said that she supplied drugs to Sushant. She has got bail now and she is also seen in a reality show.
At India Today Conclave, Rhea said that she has no idea as to why Sushant took the extreme step. In her words, “I could never know the truth of what took him to do what he did because I don’t live in his mind, contrary to popular belief. But I do know the truth about him being mentally ill, I do know the truth about what he was going through.”
Now, Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh has reacted to the statements made by Rhea Chakraborty as she posted old photos of Sushant and wrote,
“Blaming the person who has passed on… who can’t defend himself anymore. I wonder what answer will you give to your conscience! My Bhai had a pure heart and he is beating in hearts of millions. We don’t feel the need to come out and say anything because people can feel the truth.
Bhai was, Bhai is and will always be our pride! The kind of love he has stirred in every heart.. Will never d*e!! We will relentlessly fight for his justice. #justice4Sushant #sushantsinghrajput”
