The Indian movie industry is not just about movies or name, fame and money but it is also famous for the link-ups, relationships, marriages, extra-marital affairs, divorces, break-ups, etc.
There are few actors in the industry who have got married for the second time despite having the first wife and they are living happily with both their families. One of them is the writer Salim Khan who is married to Salma and veteran actress Helen.
When Salim Khan got married to Helen, he was already married to Salma with whom he has four kids – Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan and Alvira Agnihotri. Salim and Helen also have a daughter whom they have adopted and her name is Arpita.
Recently, Arbaaz Khan gave an interview in which he talked about two marriages of his father and how her mother handled it, “My father never imposed Helen aunty on us. He knew that for these kids, their mother was important. I have another woman in my life but she has her own space. She too, also never tried to separate us or whatever it is. She was just happy that there was someone in her life you are just going to be there for her and she knew he had his own family, a wife and kids and she won’t disrupt that.”
He further added, “It’s difficult for my mom at the time but she dealt with it. Whatever their reasons were to keep things going, whether it was children or circumstances, (she thought) ok fine, this has happened but still I need to be around this man or he felt that he still needs to be around this woman. They’ve had their own struggles that we have seen as kids but they’ve gone through that. And today, all of them are inseparable.”
Salim Khan’s family is one of the most influential families of Bollywood and all the family members seem to share a strong bond with each other.
