Naveen-ul-Haq, the Afghani cricketer has become a household name in the country after he got into altercation with the Indian cricketer Virat Kohli during a match between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore which was played on May 1 at the Ekana Sports Stadium, Lucknow.
What followed after the match was quite an unpleasant site which no true cricket fan would like to witness. After the match, the mentor of LSG Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli had an ugly spat and the other players had to separate them otherwise the situation could have deteriorated further.
Both Virat Kohli and Naveen-ul-Haq made cryptic posts on their Instagram accounts after the incident and now Naveen has a posted a photo of himself with the mentor Gautam Gambhir and addressed Gambhir as the GOAT which people feel is an attempt to take a jibe at Virat Kohli as he is called the Greatest Of All Times (GOAT) by his fans.
Naveen-ul-Haq captioned the image as, “Treat people the way you want to be treated. Talk to people the way you want to be talked to #With (goat emoji)”
Gautam Gambhir also reacted on the post by making a comment, “Be who you are!! ‘Never Change’”
