Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the talented actor is currently making headlines because of the liplock that he has done with young actress Avneet Kaur in the movie Tiku Weds Sheru.
Tiku Weds Sheru is directed by Sai Kabir and it is bankrolled by Kangana Ranaut’s production house, Manikarnika Films. After the trailer of the movie was released, the audiences started slamming Nawaz (49 yrs) for indulging in a liplock with Avneet Kaur (21 yrs) who is almost half of his age.
Now the actor has responded to the trolling, he was quite disappointed with the younger generation and called them nalli. Nawaz said, “Why will there be a problem? Romance is ageless. The problem is that the young men have no romance left. We are from the times when romance was something else. We would be in love and be in ‘ishq’ for years. Today, Shah Rukh Khan continues to do romantic roles because the young generation is ‘nalli’ (useless). They don’t know romance.”
He further said, “Everything today happens on WhatsApp, be it love or breakup. There is a reason behind this. People who have lived in romance can do romance. Who else will do it?”
