Nawazuddin Siddiqui is certainly one of the most talented actors of the present times but his personal life has gone through ups and downs and recently he appeared in a podcast in which he talked on various issues.
Nawaz had problems in his marital life, in fact his wife Aaliyah had applied for divorce as well but they reunited and recently they celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary.
During the podcast when Nawaz was asked whether people should get married or not, the actor said that they shouldn’t marry because love gets diminished. In his words, “They shouldn’t. I want to say but people might misinterpret it… They shouldn’t (get married) what is the need to get married? If you are in love, it can prosper even without marriage. After marriage, people start taking each other for granted.”
He further said, “If you are not married to each other, then you love each other more. But after marriage, that starts diminishing. Kids come in the picture, a lot of things happen. If you love someone and want to continue loving them, then don’t get married. We think our love, wife will give us happiness but after a while, it is only your work that gives you joy.”
Nawaz and Aaliyah have sorted out their differences and their kids are their biggest motivation for getting back together.
