Neha Dhupia Share How She Lost 23 Kgs
Former “Roadies” judge Neha Dhupia revealed she had gained nearly 23-25 kg postpartum, well above the average 17 kg. “We went into lockdown after Mehr. Since we were at home, I could work on a deficit diet and gradually lost the weight. I got pregnant again after losing that weight,” she said in an interview with Hindustan Times. “In terms of my weight and inch size, I still haven’t quite gotten where I wanted to, but I’m sure I’ll get there soon,” she continued.
Speaking about her weight loss plan, Dhupia revealed that eating habits and well-balanced exercise were her main priorities. As a working mother of two, she needed the stamina to manage everything, so she did not opt for a strict calorie deficit.
She mentioned stopping the consumption of sugar, fried food, and gluten, and occasionally visiting the gym. Maintaining a fit lifestyle requires a balanced, nutrient-rich diet. Neha also mentioned sticking to a set mealtime schedule. By 7 p.m., she has dinner with her children, and by 11 a.m., she has breakfast with her spouse, Angad Bedi.

Reducing the risk of multiple health concerns can be achieved by maintaining a healthy weight. Additionally, there seems to be a breath of fresh air around if someone adopts a healthy diet and exercise regimen.
Neha also disclosed how this metamorphosis had an impact on her career. “I feel so much better, especially in a profession where physical appearance matters a great deal,” the actress from “Bad News” adds. Nonetheless, I’ve always accepted my professional identity, I’ve observed a rise in offers lately, and I look and feel better in my attire.
She mentioned how her physical and mental well-being were related, and that she is now in a better frame of mind—particularly with regard to her kids—after dropping a substantial amount of weight.
Neha Dhupia’s next role on the professional front will be in “Bad News,” which also stars Vicky Kaushal, Tripti Dimri, and Ammy Virk.
