Neha Kakkar Concert Organizers Hit Back At Her, Alleges Debt Of Rs 4.52 Crores Because Of Her

Neha Kakkar recently found herself at the center of a major controversy after arriving three hours late to her Melbourne concert. The delay did not sit well with the audience, who reacted with boos and chants urging her to leave. A viral video from the event showed the singer breaking down on stage, apologizing to the crowd.

Later, in an official statement, Neha claimed that the event organizers had absconded without making necessary payments and failed to provide her band with basic facilities like food, water, or even accommodation. Despite these difficulties, she emphasized that she and her team still took to the stage, solely for the love of her fans.

However, in a dramatic turn of events, the concert organizers, Beats Production, have now hit back at Neha, accusing her of causing financial losses amounting to Rs 4.52 crore. They released a detailed expense report covering her concerts in Sydney and Melbourne, alleging that her ‘unprofessionalism’ resulted in their ban from hosting future events at Melbourne’s Margaret Court Arena. Additionally, they claimed that Neha’s behavior led to their barring from Crown Towers in both Sydney and Melbourne, citing an incident where the singer was caught smoking in a restricted area within the artist room—strictly prohibited under Australian regulations.

Addressing Neha’s claims of not being provided basic amenities, the organizers took to Facebook Live on March 28 to refute her allegations. They insisted that all necessary arrangements were made and even shared a video on Instagram showcasing Neha’s arrival at the airport, where she was greeted by the organizers and escorted to her car. According to them, multiple cars were arranged for her comfort. Strongly denying her accusations, they stated, “The allegations are completely false. We are in big debt after the show. She should be the one paying us… it was a mistake having her on board.”

Neha Kakkar, on the other hand, has maintained her stance, reiterating in her statement, “Do you all know that I performed absolutely free for my Melbourne audience? The organisers ran away with my money and others too. My band was not even given food, hotel and even water. My husband and his boys went and provided them food. In spite of all of this we still went on stage and did the show without any rest or anything because there my fans were waiting for hours for me.”

The controversy initially erupted when concertgoers criticized Neha for allegedly performing for just one hour despite the significant delay. While she became emotional and apologized on stage, many attendees dismissed it as mere theatrics, labeling her breakdown as nothing but “drama”. The dispute continues to escalate, with both sides standing firm on their narratives, leaving fans and industry insiders divided over what truly transpired behind the scenes.
