No Visa is Required for Your Mesmerizing Masai Mara Safari!

During a celebration of Kenya’s 60th anniversary of independence from the United Kingdom, President William Ruto made this declaration. “Anyone from anywhere in the world does not have to worry about obtaining a visa to visit Kenya,” stated Ruto.

Kenya is launching a digital platform for electronic travel authorization, which will do away with the requirement for visa applications and streamline the admission procedure.

Particularly in line with the AU’s effort to encourage visa-free travel throughout the continent, the Kenyan government has earlier eliminated visa requirements for nationals of other AU member nations.

Travel without a visa

Visa-free travel was made available earlier this year in Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Malaysia

India and China are now allowed to enter Malaysia without a visa and remain for a maximum of 30 days.

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim stated, “Initial screenings will be conducted for all tourists and visitors to Malaysia,” when he announced the development last month. Security is a distinct issue. They won’t be let in if they have a criminal record or if there is a threat of terrorism.”  “That comes under the authority of the security forces and immigration,” added the premier.

Sri Lanka

For travellers from India and six other nations—China, Russia, Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia, and Thailand—Sri Lanka has instituted a visa-free entrance program. The deadline for this program is March 31, 2024.

Thailand

Travelers from Taiwan and India can now enter Thailand without a visa for 30 days as of November 1. The program will continue to be in effect until May 10, 2024. “We will grant visa-free entry to Taiwan and India because many of their citizens enjoy visiting Thailand,” news agency AFP cited Thai Prime Minister Srettha Thavision as saying.

Vietnam

To boost tourism, Vietnam recently declared that it is considering allowing Chinese and Indians admission without a visa. For travelers from wealthy countries like Australia, Canada, the US, and the 20 remaining EU members, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh suggested exemptions.
