Nora Fatehi, the beautiful dancer-actress appeared before the Metropolitan Magistrate on Monday in order to get her statement recorded in connection to the defamation case which she filed against actress Jacqueline Fernandez and some media organizations that spoiled her image by spreading fake news about her.
Nora Fatehi stated, “They have called me a gold digger and accused me of having a relationship with a con artist Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The reason why I have filed this case is because of the ongoing ED case against Sukesh who was accused of conning a sum of ₹200 crore that I have nothing to do with and neither do I know anything.”
Nora said that because of these false accusations, not only her reputation was damaged but she also suffered financial losses. She also said that she has been made a scapegoat in order to save influential people from this case. According to Nora, she is a soft target as she is an outsider in Bollywood and she has demanded compensation for the losses that she has suffered.
Nora Fatehi has accused Jacqueline Fernandez of “prolonged and unnecessary harassment” and the former said that the latter defamed her because they both belong to the same industry.
