Nothing, a consumer technology company with headquarters in London, has revealed plans to create its first unique Customer Service Center in India. The Bengaluru service center, which is slated to launch in August, will concentrate on giving Nothing clients customer assistance and after-sales services. By the end of July, the firm intends to increase the number of service centers it covers from 230 to over 300, expanding its reach to 19,000 pin codes nationwide.

“At Nothing, we are similarly devoted to after-sales service to give our clients in India an upgraded product experience, in addition to producing iconic designs, products, and software experiences. In a statement, he added, “We are delighted to announce the inauguration of our own service center, which will promote credibility among our respected clients in India.

By 2023, Nothing reportedly intends to open five additional exclusive service centers in other locations. The business plans to open 20 more specialized service centers in different Indian cities by 2024.

The corporation announced that it will be doubling the size of its customer service staff. In addition to providing customer assistance, the new service center in Bengaluru will occasionally organize service camps for Nothing users. Additionally, these repair centers will provide clients the chance to buy accessories, care packs for liquid or accidental damage, and warranty upgrade packs.

Additionally, Nothing plans to introduce its forthcoming Phone (2) on July 11 in India. The Nothing Phone 1, which was debuted in July of last year, will be replaced by this gadget.
