The Serbian professional Tennis player, Novak Djokovic has scripted history as recently he won his 23rd Grand Slam men’s singles title which is a record and the record of winning the maximum number of Australian Open titles (10) is also in his name.
The 36 years old tennis player equaled the level of Rafael Nadal of 22 Grand slams by winning the Australian Open title in January and now on Sunday, he won his 23rd Grand Slam singles title by winning the French Open after defeating Casper Ruud in the final match of the tournament (7-6(1) 6-3 7-5).
Novak Djokovic is the only male tennis player to win all the four major tournaments (Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and U.S. Open) and that too, minimum three times each.
After losing the match, Casper Ruud congratulated and praised Novak Djovokic as the former said, “Another day, another record and another day you rewrite tennis history. It’s tough to explain how incredible it is, how good you are and what an inspiration you are to people around the world. This tastes best of them all, so congratulations. I’m happy that I’m the first one to congratulate you from the stage.”
Congratulations Novak Djokovic!!!!
