Oil companies have hiked commercial LPG cylinder prices in Delhi from November 1. Meanwhile domestic LPG cylinder prices remain the same.
Oil firms have increased commercial LPG cylinder prices by Rs 101.50 on November 1. According to the new tariff, the commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi costs Rs 1833.
The increased LPG cylinder rates apply only to 19 kg commercial cylinders. The price of home LPG cylinders will remain steady. The 14 kilogram residential LPG cylinder costs Rs 929 in Kolkata and Rs 903 in Delhi. Domestic LPG cylinders cost Rs 902.5 in Mumbai and Rs 918.5 in Chennai.
On October 1, oil firms raised the price of 19 kilogram commercial LPG gas cylinders by Rs 209. After the October rate hike, the retail selling price of a commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi was Rs 1731.50. In November, it rose to Rs 1833.
Domestic cylinder prices remained unchanged last month.
September also saw cheaper commercial LPG cylinders. After oil marketing companies cut the price of 19 kg commercial cylinder by Rs 157 in September, it sold for Rs 1522.50 in Delhi and Rs 1636 in Kolkata. Commercial LPG gas cylinders were Rs 100 cheaper in August.
