Old Couple Recreates ‘Rimjhim Gire Sawan’ In OG Locations, Anand Mahindra Reacts

It is being said that there is no age for romance and an old couple who has reenacted the famous song, “Rimjhim Gire Sawan” has proved this statement absolutely correct.

The video of this old couple which was shared by the chairman of the Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra is going viral on the Internet.

He captioned the video as, “This is justifiably going viral. An elderly couple re-enact the popular song ‘Rimjhim Gire Sawan’ at the very same locations in Mumbai as in the original film. I applaud them. They’re telling us that if you unleash your imagination, you can make life as beautiful as you want it to be…!”

It is rainy season in the country and Mumbai is already getting a lot of rains, this video not only captures the beauty of the city in rains but also makes us realize that every moment is precious and we should live it to the maximum. The video has been liked by more than 31K people and has been shared for over 4K times.

As far as the song, “Rimjhim Gire Sawan” is concerned, it is from 1979-released movie Manzil which starred Amitabh Bachchan and Moushumi Chatterjee. The lyrics of the song were written by Yogesh, it was composed by R. D Burman and sung by Kishore Kumar.
