Later today, the Oppo K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro will be released in China. Details regarding the new K series smartphones have been made public by Oppo just hours before the formal debut. Under the hood of the Oppo K13 Turbo Pro will be a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 CPU. It has been revealed that both variants come with up to 512GB of internal storage and up to 16GB of RAM. Alongside the new lineup, the brand will introduce an Oppo K13 Turbo Super Cooling Kit.
AnTuTu Score of 2.45 Million for the Oppo K13 Turbo Pro
Oppo has revealed that the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC will power the Oppo K13 Turbo Pro, as indicated by the latest teasers on Weibo. It is hinted that the phone would have a 2.45 million AnTuTu score. According to Oppo, the handset outperformed phones using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, maintaining a steady 53.5 frames per second during a gaming test at a temperature of 30°C. Notably, the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 SoC will power the standard Oppo K13 Turbo.
The Oppo K13 Turbo will come with RAM and storage options of 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB. Additionally, a 16GB + 512GB version will be available for the Oppo K13 Turbo Pro.
For active cooling, the Oppo K13 Turbo series will feature an integrated fan. Alongside the new phones, the business will also launch a unique Super Cooling Set kit. For improved thermal management during demanding workloads, users can attach external cooling fans to the kit’s magnetic case. The kit includes RGB lighting.
It has been suggested that the Oppo K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro will have water resistance certifications for IPX6, IPX8, and IPX9. The Oppo K13 Turbo will be offered in Darth Vader, Knight White, and Purple color options, while the Pro model will be available in Darth Vader, Knight Silver, and Purple hues.
The Oppo K13 Turbo series will be introduced in China on July 21 at 2:30 p.m. (12 p.m. IST). According to rumors, they will feature 6.8-inch LTPS screens with a 1.5 K resolution. A 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 16-megapixel selfie camera could be included in their dual rear camera setup.
