The Oppo Find X8 series includes a Sony LYT-600 50MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and Oppo’s brand-new Triple Prism Fold Lens, which the firm says can decrease weight and size by up to 30% and 24%, respectively.
Additionally, it has a Sony IMX858 50MP periscope lens, which is helpful if you want to use the camera in low light. It enables up to 6x optical zoom with optical image stabilization and allows users to take pictures in 50MP.
Oppo claims that the Sony LYT-808 main camera, which powers the Find X8 series, features an “advanced two-layer transistor pixel structure.” According to the business, this was accomplished by stacking the pixel transistor and photodiode on different layers, which allowed the sensor to maximize the amount of light it recorded, decrease noise, and improve dynamic range, producing clearer and more detailed images.
According to Oppo, the Find X8 camera system’s 2-DOL HDR feature increases the dynamic range and facilitates the acquisition of images of moving objects by capturing two sets of exposure data in a single frame. The phone also has Oppo’s HyperTone Image Engine, improving image clarity.
The company also introduced AI Telescope Zoom, which helps when shooting at various zoom levels from 10x to 120x. Similar to the iphone 16 series, the Oppo Find X8 also gets a dedicated camera Quick Button.
