The scientists of the Indian Space Research Organisation are all set to send the Chandrayaan-3 to Moon as it will be their third lunar exploration mission. The Chandrayaan-3 will be launched using a Launch Vehicle Mark-3 rocket, today (14 July, Friday) at 2:35 pm from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota.
The official countdown has already begun yesterday and social media is also flooded with messages from common public and celebs in which they are offering their best wishes for the mission, encouraging the scientists of ISRO.
The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also extended his best wishes to the scientists of ISRO and he requested the Indians to try to know more about the mission.
He tweeted, “Best wishes for Chandrayaan-3 mission! I urge you all to know more about this Mission and the strides we have made in space, science and innovation. It will make you all very proud.”
Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty also showed his excitement for Chandrayaan-3 with the tweet which read, “Excitement levels reaching the MOON! Sending my virtual cheers to #Chandrayaan3 for its upcoming mission! Can’t wait to witness India’s tech prowess soar to new heights! May the journey be smooth, discoveries be mind-blowing, and success be astronomical! #ProudIndian @isro”
