Poonam Pandey made it clear that she is still alive in a video message that she released on Saturday morning, one day after her passing was declared on her Instagram account. She maintained that the announcement of her death was intended to raise awareness of cervical cancer. The “awareness stunt,” nevertheless, has not been warmly received by online users. During Hauterrfly’s Instagram Live, Poonam expressed her regret to everybody and said that her closest friends are upset with her. “I believe that a great many of my friends and loved ones have been harmed by me. I’m in horrible shape. I’ve had a lot of calls lately. I did this, nevertheless, for a reason. I didn’t get paid for anything. For cervical cancer, this was done. Nobody wanted to take on this campaign, the woman claimed.
Poonam went on to say that she is passionate about this subject because her mother also suffered from cancer. Even though Poonam’s tactics were extreme, she believes her message was well conveyed. “I’m happy that since yesterday, all I’m seeing are messages about cervical cancer,” the woman continued.
