Bollywood star Preity Zinta is ready to return to the big screen after a six-year hiatus. The actress released a number of behind-the-scenes photos from the sets of her upcoming film, Lahore 1947, on Tuesday. Preity posted a photograph of the clapper board in the first image, along with information from the most recent scene shot. In the subsequent photo, she took a picture beside Rajkumar Santoshi, the director of Lahore 1947. Preity wrote, “On set for Lahore 1947,” alongside the post.
Preity Zinta and Sunny reunited in Lahore in 1947 after a long separation. The pair previously collaborated on the films Here: Love Story of a Spy, Bhaiyaji Superhit, and Farz.
Global celebrity Ali Fazal has earlier joined the film’s impressive star ensemble. A new report claims that a refugee camp has been established by the Lahore 1947 film crew for the filming. Rajkumar Santoshi has a certain colour scheme and idea in mind for each scenario. This shoot will not be like the ones that Aamir Khan Productions has cancelled. Aamir is positive that the filmmaker would follow his vision and that he will only play the role of producer.
For those who are only now learning about the story itself, Aamir Khan produces the movie under the name Aamir Khan Productions. After Andaz Apna Apna (1994), this is the first time Aamir and Rajkumar Santoshi have worked together.
