Increase omega-3 intake with diet or supplements. Walnuts, flax seeds, salmon, and sardines contain omega-3s. Their cancer-fighting properties make them effective. 

Eat plant-based. Eat lots of leafy greens. Eat lots of beans, grains, and fruit. The uninformed don't know that greens contain cancer-fighting vitamins and antioxidants. Eat colorful produce. These cancer-fighting foods are rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. Grapes, mangoes, melons, oranges, papayas, spinach, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, mint, coriander. They taste better uncooked than juiced or souped. 

Eat more yoghurt. Good bacteria in yoghurt create gut cancer-preventing chemicals and help metabolize lipids, reducing cancer risk. 

Reduce meat consumption because it lacks fiber and anti-cancer elements. MEAT is heavy in saturated fat. A high-fat diet, especially saturated fat, increases cancer risk. Cooking may produce cancer-causing compounds due to its high fat and protein content. Furthermore, processing might release carcinogenic chemicals in beef. If you're hungry, pick fish or chicken. 

Ginger, garlic, onion, turmeric, coriander fight cancer. 

Hydrate all day. Improves health and lowers fatigue. Hydration increases oxygen. Watermelon or cucumber-infused water is another alternative.

Be sure to take vitamins. Folic acid with vitamin B12 prevents colon cancer, vitamin D reduces prostate, colorectal, and other cancers, etc.
