Pushpa 2 has taken the box office by storm, smashing records and emerging as one of the biggest hits in Indian cinema. With its massive success, the makers have officially confirmed that Pushpa 3 is in the works. However, speculation has been rife that Vijay Deverakonda and Nani might be joining the next installment. Director Sukumar recently addressed these rumors, offering an intriguing response.
At an event in Chennai, when asked about the casting buzz, Sukumar chose to keep things mysterious. As quoted by Gulte, he stated, “The Sukumar you are meeting in 2025 also does not know about it. But the Sukumar from 2026 might be able to answer the question.” His cryptic answer has only heightened curiosity about potential new additions to the Pushpa universe.
Meanwhile, Allu Arjun, during the Pushpa 2 success meet in Delhi, officially confirmed that the third installment is happening. He also hinted at its evolving tagline. The first film introduced the iconic phrase “Jhukega nahi saala,” while the sequel took it a notch higher with “Hargiz jhukega nahi saala.” Now, Allu Arjun has teased that the next film’s tagline will be “Ab rukega nahi saala.”
Directed by Sukumar and produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings, Pushpa 2: The Rule continues to shatter records.
