Actor Siddharth is gearing up for the release of his romantic drama Miss You, scheduled to hit theaters just days before the highly anticipated Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Allu Arjun.
Despite the potential for stiff competition, Siddharth exuded confidence during a recent press meet, stating that the makers of Pushpa 2 should be more worried about the clash.
Addressing concerns about Miss You potentially being overshadowed by Pushpa 2, Siddharth remarked, “The first of them is that my film should be good and liked by the audience.” Siddharth stressed that a film’s success depends on its quality and reception rather than the competition.
He further added, “If the film is good, it will be in theatres. A good cinema cannot be removed from theatres, at least not in this era where social media awareness is big.”
Pushpa 2: The Rule is among the most awaited films of 2024, following the massive success of Pushpa: The Rise in 2021. While the film’s fan base and high expectations pose significant competition, Siddharth remains unfazed, focusing on delivering a compelling experience with Miss You.
